5. Avoid Lift and use stairs to get your heart-rate up.
6. Keep a Target of 5000-10000 steps a day in office hours by walking on the
floor, using stairs etc.
7. Use the Tea/snacks break time by doing chit chat with colleagues rather than
on your mobile phones.
8. Utilise Break time at your office indoor games zone if Available.
